Refund policy
Short version: if the Pass did not activate, or the app did not work for you, tell us within 7 days and we refund in full. No questions about "not liking it" needed.
How refunds work
- All purchases go through Google Play. Google's own 48-hour refund window applies automatically from Play → Order history.
- After 48 hours and within 7 days of purchase, email brownshadestudio@gmail.com with your Play order number (GPA.xxxx). We issue the refund through Play within 3 working days.
- If the Pass shows as purchased but stays locked in the app, restore it from Settings first; if that fails, we refund or fix it the same day, your choice.
- Renewals: cancel any time in Play → Subscriptions. A renewal charged after you cancelled is refunded in full.
What we will not do
- No refunds after 7 days for a period you have used, except for outages on our side longer than 24 hours, which we credit or refund pro rata.
- No refunds for accounts closed for content piracy or tampering (see terms).
