Delete your account and data

Applies to the Kutoff Android app by Brownshade Studio (package com.brownshadestudio.kutoff).

Fastest: inside the app

1. Open Kutoff → Home → Settings (gear icon).
2. Under Account, tap Delete account & data and confirm.

This removes your account, every attempt, score, statistic, mock, tutor cache entry and profile field from our servers within 7 days, and clears the app on your phone immediately. Backups expire within 30 days.

Without the app

Email brownshadestudio@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, subject "Delete my Kutoff account". We confirm within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 7 days. If you never signed in with Google, uninstalling the app deletes everything, because all your data lived on the phone.

What is kept

Only what the law requires: Google Play purchase records (held by Google) and anonymised, aggregate statistics that cannot identify you.
